Refunds & Returns
At TRUWAR, each item is made to order through an on-demand manufacturing process. Because of this, we maintain a focused return policy that ensures quality while reducing unnecessary waste.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Please contact us at support@truwar.com with your order details and photos of the issue
- If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit:
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue at our expense
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
Each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed, which helps reduce overproduction and supports more sustainable practices.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
- We will contact you to confirm the updated address before resending
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not claimed and is returned:
- You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order
- Unclaimed items may be donated after 30 days if no action is taken
Return Address
All returns are handled through our fulfillment partner’s facility. If a return is received, you will be notified via email.
